In 2006, I provided an overview of hypnosis research that was included in a presentation on "Hypnotherapy in Medicine" delivered to Thailand's Ministry of Public Health in Bangkok. This introduced Western hypnotherapy concepts to Thai medical professionals, facilitating international knowledge exchange in integrative health approaches.

I was part of a national coalition advocating for FDA authority to regulate tobacco products, where I actively supported the DeWine-Kennedy FDA Amendment. This effort contributed to the passage of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act in 2009, representing a significant victory in tobacco policy and public health protection.

In 2016, I successfully advocated for client safety and anti-discrimination provisions in the National Guild of Hypnotists Code of Ethics, creating lasting protections for clients nationwide.

From 2021 to 2023, I volunteered as a Public Health Ambassador to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, working directly with governmental health initiatives to promote community wellbeing and public health education.
